Weekend Workouts

WOD 1

10 Push ups, 10 air squats, and 10 sit ups 6 rounds for time

WOD 2

10 walking lunges, 30 second forward hold 10 rounds for time

WOD 3

20 jumping jacks, 20 burpees, 20 air squats - 3 rounds

WOD 4

"Susan" Run 200m 10 squats 10 push ups 5 rounds.
